A big shout-out goes to RGV LEAD’s partner, San Perlite High School! Angeline Nyquist, 2023 valedictorian, will be attending Harvard University this fall. She plans to major in Chemical and Physical Biology; and plans to pursue a career in pharmaceutical research and development.

During Angeline’s time at San Perlita High School, she was involved in the school’s A/V club, Student Council, FFA, UIL, and other extracurricular activities. Outside of school, Angeline has been a member of the Princeton Summer Journalism Program, where she was featured in the Princeton Summer Journal. Additionally, Angeline has been a fellow in the Bill of Rights Institute Student Fellowship.

Angeline has a promising future ahead of her. RGV LEAD wishes her the best in her future endeavors.
