RGV LEAD Board members participated in icebreaker activities such as:

• Tell me one thing that sets you apart from everyone else.
• Develop listening skills: Follow directions, no matter how crazy they might be.
• What was your worst job and why?
• Can you identify the leader?

By the end of the session, members left knowing more about each other, but more importantly, about RGV LEAD!
