Vol.2, Iss. 9 | May 2021 Edward Padilla RGV LEAD Scholarship Recipient Congratulations are in order for Edward Padilla of Sharyland High School for being selected as the 2021 RGV LEAD $5,000 scholarship recipient! He was selected from a field of almost 100 applicants. Edward submitted the RGV LEAD application which required letters of recommendation, a list of Career & Technical Education courses taken, in high school, his grade point average and ranking, and a personal essay.
